Upon receiving your product, if you are not 100% satisfied please contact us and we will do our best to make you happy.
If you need to exchange your product for any reason we can facilitate that. Please contact us via email (email@example.com) to discuss your options.
For a product to be exchanged you will need to provide us with:
- The returned goods unopened in their original packaging
- A copy of your receipt or order confirmation receipt.
Once we have assessed your exchange requirements and approved the Returns and Exchange request, a refund or store credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. You will need to arrange your own freight of the item back to our returns address.
Change Of Mind
We understand that from time to time, we all make mistakes and you might have inadvertently ordered the wrong products online. If on receipt of your product, you determine that your purchase does not meet your requirements, please contact us within 30-days via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Out of Stock
In the event your item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately and advise you of when you could expect to receive your order. On receipt of such advice, you have the option to cancel your order and receive an immediate refund of your payment.
